Start with user needs and available capacity

We establish the number of spaces, how long vehicles stay and how the chargers will be used. Employee parking, fleets and spaces allocated to flats have different needs. We review available supply documentation and plans for future expansion.

Equipment selection should reflect the installation's capabilities. If connection parameters need changing, we can combine the work with handling operator paperwork.

The scope we agree before installation

We agree groundworks, penetrations, surface reinstatement and site access requirements separately. This allows you to compare a complete work scope.

Workplace parking, residential parking or public access?

Before selecting equipment, establish who will use the chargers and whether user billing is required. We consider requirements for load management, access, connectivity and servicing.

Formal requirements depend on the installation type and use. We agree documentation and any additional approvals for the specific development. Not every charger or car park has the same requirements.

What should you prepare for a quotation?

Provide the location, planned number of spaces, property type and desired date. Parking layouts, distribution board documentation and available capacity information are helpful. If equipment has not been selected, we can begin with functional requirements.

The price also depends on cable route lengths, groundworks, the mounting method and commissioning scope. Electrical installation design allows you to compare options before installation starts.
