He started his business while still at technical secondary school, building experience from the ground up in electrical design and installation. Guided by the belief that learning from mistakes builds experience, he now anticipates difficulties before they reach the construction site.

At AmperSpace, he is responsible for relationships with clients and the team, as well as developing new projects. Investors and general contractors discuss their plans, technical options and terms of cooperation with him. He helps turn a vision into solutions suited to the requirements, budget and practical realities of installation.

He connects the beginning and end of a project, from the initial agreements to handover of the completed installation. He relies on a close-knit team for delivery and supports them whenever a difficult decision or an unconventional solution is needed.

He welcomes a challenge. Experience from hundreds of projects for major clients has taught him to deliver where time, organisation and a reliable power supply matter.

He brings power to places where it cannot be missing. He manages the electrical supply for a development from operator paperwork and approvals, through the first excavation, to energising the construction site. He looks after the installations and distribution boards that enable each contractor to start and carry out their work efficiently.

He knows that losing power on a construction site means much more than a dead socket. When a crane stops, people and schedules stop too, while costs rise with every hour. That is why he focuses on prompt action, anticipating requirements and solutions contractors can rely on.

The youngest member of the team, she knows that every well-run project needs foundations you do not immediately see: organised paperwork, deadlines kept and information flowing smoothly.

She works with clients' accounting teams, manages project accounts and monitors delivery dates so materials arrive when the site team needs them. She connects what happens in the office with the day-to-day work on site.

Her eye for detail helps catch mistakes before they become problems. In our largely male team, she is an effective reminder that “almost right” is not quite the same as “right”.

A practical thinker with technical imagination and a head full of solutions. He gets to grips with new ideas quickly and can picture the finished installation while others are still studying the drawing.

His strength is finding ways to make the work run more efficiently. He spots what can be simplified, prepared better or done in a different sequence, saving the team time and avoidable rework. He knows his project down to the last screw and uses that knowledge to allocate tasks thoughtfully and plan the work well.

He looks after the people as well as the pace of delivery. He brings humour, builds a team atmosphere and shows that clear expectations can go hand in hand with good relationships on site.

He has been with AmperSpace longer than anyone else. His determination is especially valuable when deadlines are slipping and the task list is still long. Rather than giving up, he finds a way to finish the work with the same care for appearance and detail as at the start of the project.

He combines pace with a meticulous approach. He makes sure installations are both functional and carefully finished, even in demanding conditions and under time pressure.

Electrical testing is his speciality. He has spent years developing his knowledge and has hundreds of projects behind him. Accuracy, patience and consistency serve him well both when inspecting installations and when completing the final details before handover.

An IT professional by training, he joined AmperSpace for a work placement after finishing technical secondary school. His hard work, knowledge and enthusiasm for technology turned that placement into a lasting role in the team.

Today he works on automation and develops his skills in BMS, control systems and smart homes. He combines his IT knowledge with practical experience gained on electrical installations.

He approaches new solutions with curiosity and steadily expands his skills. Within the team, he develops the area where electrical installations, software and intelligent building controls come together.
